Retainer: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. This amount will be applied to the total fee for services.

Payment Terms: Full payment is due on or before the agreed-upon date of the session. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

Consent: Clients must ensure that all necessary permissions and consents are obtained for any individuals whose images may be captured.

Location Access: Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permissions for shooting at specific locations.

5. Image Delivery and Client Galleries

Images will be delivered through a password-protected online gallery. Clients will receive a unique password for access. We recommend keeping this password confidential.

6. Copyright and Usage Rights

Ownership: NAB Light Photography retains all rights to the images created, including copyright.
Personal Use License: Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use images for personal use only. Commercial use requires prior written consent.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than [insert number of days] days before the session may forfeit the retainer.

8. Liability
